Inter-American Court of law of Human Rights

 Inter - American  Human Rights  law system - has two law systems. This law charter of the Organization  of American states (OAS) and the law system of inter American convention on human rights.

The African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights / the Banjul Charter is an international human right Act instrument that is intended to promote and protect human rights and basic freedoms in the African continent. The African law Commission on Human rights and Peoples' Rights, which was set up in 1987 is adopted in 1998 and is law . African Court of law on Human rights and Peoples' Rights and Its protocol law came into effect on 25 January 2005.

 European Convention on Human right Act was adopted in 1950 to protect human rights and fundamental freedoms in Europe. It established the law of the European Court of Human Rights. Any person who believes that their rights have been violated under the law of the Convention by a State Party may take a case to court, decisions of the Court of law are legally binding, and the court has the rights to award damages. The establishment of a Court Act to protect individuals against violations of human rights is an innovative feature for an international convention on the rights of human, because he gives the role of an active person on the scene International. The European Convention  law is still the only international human rights law providing such a degree of each Party protection. State can also take cases against other States parties to the court of law, even if this power is rarely used.

1Charter of the United Nations International Human Rights Law: 

This United Nations Charter was signed June 26, 1945 as law foundation, at the conclusion of the UN Conference on International Organization and become International Human right Act, October 24, 1945. The Law of the International Court of Justice is an integral part of this International Human right Act.

2 The International Bill of Human Rights is International Human Rights Law:

The International Bill of Human Rights law consists of Universal Declaration of Human Rights law, International Covenant on Economic law, Social law and Cultural law , The International Covenant on Civil  law and Political Rights law and its two Optional Protocols laws to know .- Optional Protocol law to the International Covenant on Civil and Political - Second Optional Protocol law to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, aiming at abolition of the death penalty.



3 Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948  is International Human Rights Law:

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights  is a milestone document in the history of human rights law. .On 10 December, 1948 UN General Assembly adopted a resolution, called the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948. Since then it is International Human Rights Law. Since this Human Rights Law is applicable to all UN member states, which are now 192, almost all peoples of the world.

4 International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights 1976 is  is International Human Rights Law  since 3 January 1976

Considering that, in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations which become International Human Rights Law   on 24 October 1945 and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ,which become law December, 1948 , recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world.

5 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, 1976 is  International Human Rights Law: 

 In accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations which become International Human Rights Law on 24 October 1945 and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ,which become law December, 1948 ,the ideal of free human beings enjoying civil and political freedom and freedom from fear and
want can only be achieved if conditions are created whereby everyone may enjoy his civil
and political rights, it was Adopted on 16 December 1966 and become law on 23 March 1976.

6 Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights is  International Human Rights Law:

 Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil  law and Political Rights law is in operation since 23 March 1976.

7 Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights  is  International Human Rights Law since December 1989

This law aims to abolish the death penalty .This law, aims to abolish the death penalty.

8 The core international human rights instruments are International Human Rights Law:  
There are nine major international treaties law on human rights. Each of these treaties law has established a committee of experts to monitor the implementation of treaty provisions by States parties.

9 Universal human rights instruments  are International Human Rights Law: 
In addition to the Charter of the International Law of Human Rights and the treaties relating to human base / right tools, there are many other universal law instruments relating to human rights. . The legal status of these law instruments varies: declarations, principles, guidelines, standards and recommendations have no binding effect law, but these law instruments have an undeniable moral force and provide practical advice commitments to States in their conduct , statutes, protocols and conventions are law binding on States that ratify or accede.
