Rwanda general information report.
The total number of human living in the world  of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are about 6500 million Africa . The human  of Africa is close to 1000 million of which human of Rwanda are about 10 million  . Rwanda has only one good  Technical University / Business University.  National-University-of-Rwanda is best one and its online links is       National University of Rwanda National-University-of-Rwanda is good for higher education . But  National-University-of-Rwanda not offer for higher education .in human rights... Rwanda is also failing to provide basic human rights for political stability. . Abuse of children and women are more common in Rwanda.

Right information report is that Rwanda experienced Africa's worst genocide in modern times, and the country's recovery was marred by its intervention in the conflict in neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo. The country has been beset by ethnic tension associated with the traditionally unequal relationship between the dominant Tutsi minority and the majority Hutus.  Although after 1959 the ethnic relationship was reversed, when civil war prompted around 200,000 Tutsis to flee to Burundi, lingering resentment led to periodic massacres of Tutsis. Growth has exceeded 5% in the five years since 2001, driven by coffee and tea exports and expanding tourism; poverty is widespread and Rwanda is highly dependent on aid .The UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda has convicted 27 people for their involvement the 1994 genocide The country is striving to rebuild its economy, with coffee and tea production being among its main sources of foreign exchange. Nearly two thirds of the population live below the poverty line

 Rwanda  has adopted Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948 and is  member state of UN human rights since  18-09-1962  .Since, all people in Rwanda are entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. These adopted human rights by Rwanda include that Slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms;  none shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; that none shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile; Everyone in Rwanda has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. Further :-
The Republic of Rwanda is a member of International organization founded as the Organization of African Unity to promote cooperation among the independent nations of Africa. It has ratified many UN Human Rights Conventions and thus has made binding international commitments to adhere to the standards laid down in these universal human rights documents. In as far as Rwanda has ratified the Optional Protocols for these Conventions, the inhabitants of Rwanda and their representatives are able to invoke their human rights through these bodies. All inhabitants of Rwanda may turn to the UN Human Rights Committee for violations of specific human rights. Since Rwanda is an African Union Member, its citizens and NGOs may file complaints to the African Commission on Human and Peoplesí Rights. They may also file complaints according to the European Union guidelines (on Human Rights Defenders, Death Penalty and Torture) to Embassies of European Union Member States and the Delegations of the European Commission. In cases of human rights violations by multinational enterprises, they may also invoke the National Contact Point in an OECD member state. Rwanda has as yet not joined the International Criminal Court.

Right information report based on US Departments Reports, and Amnesty International and many local human rights activists is that implementation of declaration on many articles is mere formality and administration human rights record remained poor although there were improvements.  Human rights of child for education and human rights of women for dignity as given in declaration of human rights are repeatedly violated by police administration itself .Child human rights, Disability human rights, Housing human rights, employment human rights, Refugee human rights, Reproductive Rights, Trafficking human rights are repeatedly being violated and there is no check over it, by administration and adequate redresses system is not available. Domestic media and local human rights activists Right information report available online is that that police use of excessive force resulted in killings.
 Right information report is that  US Departments report: Violation of human rights including abuse of detainees; harsh prison conditions; corruption; official impunity; arbitrary arrest and detention; prolonged pretrial detention; interference with privacy rights and restrictions on freedom of the press, assembly, and association. Other abuses of human rights included female genital mutilation , discrimination on the basis of ethnicity and nationality, and restrictions on unions.
