Central-African-Republic general information report.
The total number of human living in the world  of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are about 6500 million Africa . The human  of Africa is close to 1000 million of which human of Central-African-Republic are about 4.4 million  . Right information report is that  The Central-African-Republic  has been unstable since its independence from France in 1960 and is one of the least-developed countries in the world. Central-African-Republic has endured several coups and a notorious period under a self-declared emperor, Jean-Bedel Bokassa, who headed a brutal regime.
The Bokassa era ended in 1979, when he was overthrown in a coup led by David Dacko and backed by French commandos based in the country. Decades of instability have undermined the economy. People here are among the poorest in the world. Government struggles to pay wages  Violence has spilled over from Sudan and Chad
In 1999 Mr Patasse beat nine other candidates to become president again, but there were allegations of electoral fraud. He was overthrown in a coup in 2003 and went into exile in Togo. . The unrest has displaced tens of thousands of Central Africans; many of them have crossed the border into Chad. Some progress towards ending the conflict was made in 2008, when peace talks led to an agreement committing two of the main rebel groups to disarm. The process culminated with the creation of a national unity government incorporating two rebel leaders in early 2009. The Central-African-Republic possesses considerable agricultural, water and mineral resources. But corruption is rife,  affects the timber and diamond industries. The country is endowed with virgin rainforests and has some of the highest densities of lowland gorillas and forest elephants in Africa.

The Central-African-Republic is a member of  International organization founded as the Organization of African Unity to promote cooperation among the independent nations of Africa. It has ratified many UN Human Rights Conventions  and thus has made binding international commitments to adhere to the standards laid down in these universal human rights documents.  the Central-African-Republic has ratified the Optional Protocols for these Conventions  , the inhabitants of the Central-African-Republic and their representatives are able to invoke their human rights through these bodies. All inhabitants of the Central-African-Republic may turn to the UN Human Rights Committee through optional protocol  procedure for violations of specific human rights .Since the Central-African-Republic is an AU member, its citizens and NGOs may file complaints to the African Commission on Human and Peoplesí Rights. They may also file complaints according to the European Union guidelines (on Human Rights Defenders, Death Penalty and Torture) to Embassies of European Union Member States and the Delegations of the European Commission. The Central-African-Republic has joined the International Criminal Court, it may thus be called upon in case of severe crimes.

Right information report is that  Administration human rights record improved somewhat from the previous years but remained poor. Reports of violation of human rights by military killing civilians decreased due to a peace agreement between government forces and rebels in the north. However, Reports of violation of human rights by military says that presidential guard continued to carry out extrajudicial executions in the contested northwest prefectures. Police forces, including the presidential guard, continued to torture, beat, detain, and rape suspects and prisoners. Mob violence resulted in deaths and injuries. Impunity, particularly military impunity, remained widespread. Conditions in prisons and detention centers remained  violating human rights by military. The Administration use of arbitrary arrest and detention contributed to a large number of detainees is violation of human rights. Prolonged pretrial detention, denial of a fair trial, and judicial corruption continued to be reported by human rights activist.. The government intimidated and restricted the press on occasion is violation of human rights. Freedom of movement remained limited in the north because of actions by Police forces, armed bandits, and rebels  is violation of human rights. Sporadic fighting between government forces and rebel groups continued to produce internally displaced persons, though the number of displaced persons and refugees decreased from the previous year. Government corruption and lack of access to government-held information report remained   violation of human rights. Discrimination against women, and societal discrimination against indigenous people (Pygmies) is common  violation of human rights. Trafficking in persons  is violation of human rights, as were forced labor and child labor, including forced labor by children. Workers' rights improved from the previous year, but remain restricted.
 There were numerous reports of children as young as 12 fighting alongside rebel groups  is violation of human rights.
