Under the 1951 Convention on Refugees, an asylum-seeker must be able to demonstrate a well-founded fear of persecution in their country of origin for reasons of political opinion, religion, ethnicity, race etc of a particular social group. The asylum-seeker must also be able to demonstrate that they are unable to obtain any protection or assistance from their own national authorities. Under the 1951 Convention  ,who owns to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race or religion is refugee  that can be asylum-seeker . Any refugee who owns to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of political opinion is refugee  that can be asylum-seeker .
The concept of a refugee and asylum-seeker was expanded by the Convention's 1967 Protocol . The concept of  asylum-seeker was further expanded by regional conventions in Africa and Latin America to include refugee as  asylum-seeker who had fled war or other violence in their home country. A person who is seeking to be recognized as a refugee is an asylum seeker. So. An asylum-seeker is human of any age who has fled his or her home country to find a safe place elsewhere.
Under the 1951 Convention on Refugees, an asylum-seeker must be able to demonstrate a well-founded fear of persecution in their country of origin for reasons of political opinion, religion, ethnicity, race/nationality, or membership of a particular social group.
The issue of the asylum-seeker must also be able to demonstrate that they are unable to obtain any protection or assistance from their own national authorities  has become important for the reason the judicial system of different state are assessing it differently.
